AI RingGuard

Privacy Policy

This policy explains what AI RingGuard processes when it answers calls, sends transactional text alerts, helps organize leads, and operates your account.

Business identity and contact

AI RingGuard is a business call-handling and lead-management service operated from Mountain Home, Arkansas, United States. AI RingGuard is a service name; the service operator is the person or business identified as the merchant on your AI RingGuard Stripe checkout, receipt, or invoice. Website: https://airingguard.com. Support and privacy contact: support@airingguard.com.

Information we process

  • Account and business data: name, email, mobile number, business details, service area, greetings, call rules, transfer numbers, and receptionist settings.
  • Caller and lead data: phone numbers, names, contact details, call timestamps, transcripts, summaries, qualification answers, appointments, notes, consent or suppression status, and CRM activity.
  • Audio: calls may be recorded when recording is active or available through the voice provider. Stored recordings are configured for a 30-day retention period.
  • Billing data: plan, subscription, payment status, usage, and Stripe customer and transaction identifiers. Stripe collects payment-card details; AI RingGuard does not store full card numbers.
  • Security and technical data: login and audit events, policy acceptance records, browser or device details, IP or network information when available, and error logs.

SMS consent, mobile information, and data use

AI RingGuard sends recurring, non-marketing transactional text alerts (owner call summaries, appointment requests, urgent lead notices, and follow-up reminders) only to a mobile number that a business owner or authorized team member enters and enables inside an authenticated AI RingGuard account. Consent is recorded for that exact number and must be granted again if the number changes. Message frequency varies with completed calls and enabled workflows. Message and data rates may apply.

No mobile information is sold or shared for marketing. Mobile opt-in data, phone numbers, and SMS consent records are used only to deliver and support this transactional alert program. We do not sell, rent, or share mobile information with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. Information is shared only with the service providers required to deliver messages (for example Twilio) and only for that purpose, or where required by law.

Reply STOP to any message to opt out (CANCEL, END, QUIT, STOPALL, and UNSUBSCRIBE also work). Reply HELP for help, or email support@airingguard.com. Reply START or UNSTOP to remove a carrier block, then re-enable the alert setting inside AI RingGuard. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase. Full program details are on the Text Alerts page.

AI voice and possible recording

AI RingGuard uses an artificial voice. Calls may be transcribed, analyzed, summarized, and recorded. Account owners must configure a clear AI and recording notice and obtain any consent required where the caller or business is located. A greeting or template supplied by the service is a starting point only and is not a legal determination that a disclosure or consent flow is sufficient in a particular jurisdiction.

How we use information

We use information to authenticate users; configure and run the receptionist; provision and route phone calls; create transcripts, summaries, leads, tasks, and appointment requests; deliver requested texts or emails; measure usage; bill accounts; prevent abuse; troubleshoot; support customers; and maintain required operational and acceptance records. Automated outputs can be incomplete or wrong, so account owners must review important call outcomes and must not rely on AI RingGuard for emergency response or other high-risk decisions.

Service providers and disclosures

Operating the service requires third-party providers. Current core providers include Supabase for authentication, database, and storage; Twilio for phone numbers, calling, and messaging; ElevenLabs for AI voice, conversation processing, transcripts, and audio; Stripe for checkout and billing; and transactional email providers. These providers receive only the data needed to perform their services and may process it in other jurisdictions. We may also disclose information when directed by the account owner, to protect the service or users, to investigate abuse, to comply with valid legal process, or as part of a business reorganization or transfer. We do not sell personal information, and we do not disclose mobile opt-in information for third-party marketing.

Retention and security

Call recordings are configured for deletion after 30 days. Transcripts, summaries, lead and appointment records, account settings, billing records, security logs, SMS consent and opt-out records, and policy acceptance evidence may be retained longer while the account is active and as reasonably needed for the service, dispute resolution, security, or legal obligations. Provider-side copies may follow the provider's deletion schedule. We use access controls, encrypted transport, tenant isolation, and other safeguards appropriate to the service, but no system or transmission is completely secure. Account owners are responsible for securing credentials, limiting user access, and promptly reporting suspected misuse.

Your choices and responsibilities

Account owners can change receptionist settings, turn text alerts off, and manage billing inside the app. Requests to access, correct, or delete account data can be sent to support@airingguard.com. We may need to verify the requester and may retain information when required for billing, security, legal claims, or other lawful obligations. The account owner decides whose calls and data are processed and is responsible for notices, permissions, recording consent, messaging consent, retention instructions, and other privacy obligations that apply to its business.

Children and changes

AI RingGuard is a business service and is not directed to children under 18. We may update this policy as the service changes; a new effective date identifies a new version, and material changes may require renewed acceptance. The related service rules are in the Terms of Service.
