AI RingGuard

Effective July 26, 2026

Terms of Service

These terms set clear rules for using AI RingGuard as a business phone, call-handling, and lead-management service.

Business identity and contact

AI RingGuard is a business call-handling and lead-management service operated from Mountain Home, Arkansas, United States. AI RingGuard is a service name; the service operator is the person or business identified as the merchant on your AI RingGuard Stripe checkout, receipt, or invoice. Website: https://airingguard.com. Support and privacy contact: support@airingguard.com.

Agreement and service operator

These Terms are between you and the person or business identified as the merchant on your AI RingGuard Stripe checkout, receipt, or invoice (the Operator, AI RingGuard, we, or us). AI RingGuard is a product and service name; these Terms do not represent that it is a separate corporation or other legal entity. By creating an account, checking the acceptance box, or using the service, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy. You confirm that you are at least 18 and have authority to bind the business using the account.

What AI RingGuard does

AI RingGuard can provision a business phone number, answer calls with an artificial voice, ask configured questions, route calls, create transcripts and summaries, send transactional text alerts to the account owner, and organize call, lead, task, and appointment-request records. Features depend on the selected plan, settings, provider availability, and successful phone configuration. The service is not an emergency line, dispatch guarantee, professional adviser, or substitute for human review.

Text message (SMS) terms

AI RingGuard text alerts are recurring transactional messages sent only to a mobile number an account owner or authorized team member entered and enabled in an authenticated AI RingGuard account. Message frequency varies with completed calls and enabled workflows. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel and HELP for help, or email support@airingguard.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Consent is not a condition of purchase, and mobile opt-in information is never sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing. See the Text Alerts program page and the Privacy Policy.

AI, recording, and communications compliance

You must tell callers they are interacting with an AI voice. If calls may be recorded or transcribed, you must provide a legally sufficient notice and obtain any required consent. You are the caller-facing business and remain responsible for all jurisdiction-specific call recording, wiretap, privacy, consumer-protection, telemarketing, text-message, email, consent, opt-out, quiet-hour, caller-ID, and Do Not Call requirements.

Acceptable use

You may use AI RingGuard only for lawful business communications. You may not use it to deceive, impersonate without authority, defraud, harass, or send spam or unlawful automated communications; to contact anyone without required permissions or to ignore an opt-out; to operate emergency or safety-critical dispatch; to provide medical, legal, or financial advice or make high-impact eligibility decisions; to collect regulated sensitive data without prior written approval; or to probe, disrupt, reverse engineer, or bypass limits of the service.

Your account and content

You are responsible for accurate account information, authorized phone numbers and content, strong credentials, configuration choices, users acting through the account, and promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access. You retain your rights in business content and caller data and grant the Operator and its providers permission to process that content only as needed to provide, secure, maintain, and support the service.

Trial, billing, usage, and cancellation

An eligible new account may receive one 14-day trial through Stripe. A valid payment card is required at checkout before a live carrier number is reserved. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, Stripe begins the paid monthly subscription and charges the payment method on file. You can cancel or update the payment method through the Stripe customer portal linked inside AI RingGuard. The monthly plan price is the platform membership fee; completed AI call usage is measured from connected call duration and is currently charged at $0.14 per minute for a customer-paid company, itemized on the next Stripe subscription invoice. Premium or held phone numbers, setup work, and other one-time charges are separate and shown before purchase.

Availability, suspension, and changes

Phone, AI, payment, email, and hosting providers can fail or change. We do not promise that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may limit or suspend access for security threats, prohibited use, nonpayment, provider requirements, or legal obligations. We may update the service and these Terms; a new effective date identifies a new version, and material changes may require renewed acceptance.

Disclaimers and responsibility

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties that cannot legally be excluded, and the Operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages. The Operator's total liability will not exceed the subscription fees paid for the affected account during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. You are responsible for claims, losses, or regulatory costs caused by your content, configuration, unlawful communications, failure to obtain consent, or prohibited use, to the extent permitted by law.
